Whats wrong with my body? Im really worried! please help (kinda graphic)?

ok so in my poop i have rly abnormal discharge. i know theres supposed to be some but this is ALOT, like a 2 inch stretchy string and looks exactly like elmers glue. this is so gross. please help me? whats wrong?
