What glue would work best for gluing paper onto acrylic paint?

I need to glue a piece of paper onto a surface that has been painted with acrylic paint. What glue would work best? I have elmer's, hot glue, rubber cement, and several others.. I need something that will really stick without wrinkling. Thanks! :)
