How do you get blackheads out of your ears?

I kinda have a big blackhead in my ear, and i was at school and we were looking at every ones' ear to see if we had attached earlobes. Like 3 people told me i had a huge black dot in my ear and that they thinks it was gross and i said that i couldn't help it. it makes me sort of mad that i have that and i want to get rid of it someone said that if i put Elmer's glue on it and wait till it dries and peeled it off that it would come out. Does that work if not then what should i do?
