Does anyone know the name of this old Bugs Bunny Cartoon?

I just saw it. It is this one where Bugs has to deal with a painter. The painter messes with Bugs by erasing him and redrawing him and adding other things. Then in the end it turns out to be Elmer Fudd that is the painter. Does anyone recall this one? I think Magic Melodies made it.
