How to get rid of blackheads on nose and chin?

I've got blackheads on my nose and chin, but the ones on my chin 'stick out' and the ones on my nose are flat. I'm about to use Elmer's glue on my nose, but don't know if to use it on my chin. Any other home remedies out there?
