What are some Lovebird Breeding Tips ?

I am 14 years old and will back in school in August . I have a olive Green lovebird , and i am getting a Lutino . I will have time after 3 each day to take care of the babies . I am going to leave them with the parents till they are fully feathered and kicked out of the nest-box and weaned . Then i will start handling them put them in a separate cage till i get ready to sell them . I love lovebirds and have benn interested in selling them . I have alot of homes lined up for them . Should i let the parents raise and start handling them or hand-feed ? I really don't want to hand-feed because i am gone for a while during the day .
