How to build a good and strong popsicle stick bridge in 2 days?

I have a bridge due 2 days from now that my dad says my partner and I have already screwed up wehave only 250 sticks and elmers school glue to do so with. How should we build it? We would like to do an arch bridge with triangle supports... should we build the deck or the rest of the bridge first? And with the deck should we skip putting a stick on every other space?
