Can you bake your physics bridge project?

For my physics bridge project, we have to build a bridge that holds 200 pounds, and just using elmers glue and paper, and weighs less than a pound. I was wondering if anybody knows if I can bake the joints to help dry/harden the glue? Has anybody tried that?
